boy's special bday

Yesterday 8th February, was this boy's 7th birthday.

We can still remember the first night he spent with us, it was our own first night in a flat we were starting to rent in Barcelona, just that night, seven years ago, a very special night. With just a bag full of toothbrushes, underwears and some t-shirts and trousers, with a milk cartoon in the fridge and just the mattress on the floor, we took small two month old Cheers home with us.

Many things have happened. We don't longer live in that flat, we've moved to a small village just by the beach. And recently, we've adopted a sister for Cheers. We've all been through a lot, but here we are, celebrating this boy's birthday, and how happy he has made us, all through these seven years now. We love him to the moon and back! Our bday present was a trip to the mountains! To my special magical home! we really had a nice time spending some time around the ancients.
*and a happy selfie, due I don't take almost similing ones,  I thought it was worth it to have one!

bits&pieces of August | part I

One year later, and Summer is back again, and we visit the mountains once more... they look just as stunning as I always remember...

I am pretty emotional lately... kind of all just under the skin, but still, beautiful moments all over the day... here some bits&pieces of August, part I.

We found this beautiful book named "Wonder", so especial, full of tenderness and love, can't help to share some tears every time we read it! I highly recommend it!!!

Slept in my unties antique shits, they are probably 40 years old, and I just love them!

Cups full of milk from when I was little, berry marmalade from the garden and brioche made by mum...

night hours

night images I took during summer...

nights have been a world to me... really hard times during the dark hours... but nights on summer, change. They smell so different... sweet flowers rest during the dark hours... singing their breeze while they dream... the trees are not longer naked... so they wear those green stunning and refreshing leaf dresses, whom they wisper at night while the fresh air surrounds their branches... the moon is brighter than ever... and she just seems tu smile back at me... I wish, nights were all like summer nights... but I guess, I wouldn't be so stunned when they come back...

I'm also fascinated about this group! Helios can't stop hearing their music tonight!

this is Cheers, my little boy...
I took this at 04 a.m. in the morning
